In the Classroom Writing Prompts

Introduction

This writing prompt can either be used at the end of a unit about life in the past or as a stand-alone writing prompt. Show a brief video clip or read a book or story about life long ago (for example: Little House on the Prairie book or video clip from the television series would work nicely). Discuss how life was different without technology in the past.

Learning Objectives

The learner will be able to recognize and describe the differences in technology today versus life long ago.
