Our coach Jakub Novak personally builds your training! Jakub is an experienced, qualified performance cycling coach and former professional road cyclist. Jakub rode for the UCI World Tour Team BMC Racing, alongside Tour de France winner and multiple World Champions.

Formal Qualifications include Cert. Science of Exercise from the University Colorado, Accreditation from the UCICycling AustraliaUSA CyclingTrainingPeaks, advanced expertise in WKO5.

Who is this tailored training for?

Suitable for cyclists wanting to get personalized training without having a coach. Ideal for those wanting to have a plan that aligns with their races or other events. The plan can be for road, gravel or MTB cycling.

Do you charge weekly?

All payments are paid all upfront, with an exception for +12 weeks.

What is the minimum level of fitness I must be at?

We provide training for all levels of cyclists, whether you are beginner or advanced.

Do I need a power meter or heart rate monitor?

Yes, you need to have a power meter and a heart rate monitor in order to use the training plan effectively. You also need access to the internet and a free TrainingPeaks account.

Do I need premium TrainingPeaks account?

No, you don't need TrainingPeaks premium account. You can use the free version with our plan.
