As a pro cyclist, Jakub rode for UCI World Tour BMC Pro Racing Team, alongside Tour de France winner Cadel Evans or World Champion Philipe Gilbert.

Hi, I am Jakub Novak, a former professional road cyclist with +10 years of experience as a competitive cyclist and +5 years as a performance coach. I retired from professional cycling in 2013 at the age of 24. Since then, I have been passing on my valuable experiences. I had a chance to experience what preparation for the world’s best cyclists look like at BMC World Tour Team. Being part of the team, and having identical coaches and support team as world-class riders such as Tour de France winner Cadel Evans or World Champion Philipe Gilbert, gives me the experience and insights I can pass on to my athletes.

On top of that, my continuous education in sport science and professional networks in the world of cycling keeps me up to date. I completed a Certificate in Sports Science from the University of Colorado. I am certified with Cycling Australia and data analytics software TrainingPeaks and WKO5.
